Currently, Dave is affiliated with Bright Hope Housing, a non-profit organization committed to providing safe and affordable housing to disadvantaged individuals and families. Through his work, Dave has demonstrated a profound passion for creating positive impact and driving meaningful change.

Joanne Frias is a transformative leader with a 33-year tenure in the service industry, marked by a proven track record of driving growth, empowering teams, and fostering inclusive environments. With expertise in training, team building, and conflict resolution, Joanne is dedicated to uplifting vulnerable populations and promoting pathways to independence.

As a key figure at Bright Hope Housing, Joanne leverages her passion, experience, and leadership acumen to create safe, nurturing spaces that support the unique needs of each individual. Through her work, Joanne embodies the organization’s commitment to delivering compassionate, holistic support, and helping people achieve stability and self-sufficiency.

Compassionate Caregiver & Advocate

Melissa’s diverse career background spans over multiple fast-paced industries, including fast food, theater, retail, banking, fashion, and insurance, providing her with a unique blend of skills and adaptability. However, it wasn’t until she took over the responsibilities of caring for her grandparents over the course of 9 years revealing her true life’s strengths and passions. During this time, Melissa demonstrated resilience and dedication by balancing her responsibilities with part-time retail work.

This profound experience ignited a passion for supporting others and clarified her commitment to making a positive impact. Melissa’s experience has deepened her empathy and fueled her passion for advocating for vulnerable populations. Which has led to her involvement with starting Bright Hope Housing, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing supportive housing services, reflecting her commitment to creating positive change.

Angela Sedillo

Healthcare & Information Technology

Angela Sedillo is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with a strong background in science and leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and has seven years of experience as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist. However, her professional experience extends beyond healthcare, as she also has experience successfully leading her family’s food service business as a General Manager, showcasing her leadership skills.

Angela is committed to making a positive impact by helping others achieve lasting recovery through her involvement with Bright Hope Housing, a non-profit organization that offers a supportive, community-driven approach to sober living. Her hard work and technical IT expertise has been a integral part of launching the foundation.  With her diverse experience, Angela possesses a distinctive blend of expertise and skills, empowering her to instill hope, promote self-sufficiency, and create a lasting, positive impact in her community
